You will find our prices extremely competitive and our motto for
many years has been 'Compare & Save'. We cannot always, all the time, be the
cheapest. We do hold good comprehensive stocks and we make every effort to complete your orders.
Some alternatives are always welcome but we will always try to give you your first choice.
We accept VISA and
MasterCard without surcharge,
Switch/Delta, Postal Orders, Bank Drafts, Money Orders, personal cheques and cash by registered
mail. Any foreign currency can be accepted at the bank buying rates (less any charges). You
can write, telephone, e-mail or fax your orders, all orders are
dealt with, in rotation, as received. If you have an urgent request for a birthday or other event,

For all orders please add minimum:-
UK - £1.00 Insured (max. £100), £2.50 Signed For (max. £250), Registration
£5.50 (max £550) or £6.90 (max £2500)
Overseas Airmail £2.50 at your own risk, International Signed For (Registered)
£7.00 (max £250) or £8.00 (max £2500).
Please allow extra for bulky items.
TERMS OF BUSINESS
- VISA & MasterCard credit cards accepted without commission surcharge. We also accept MAESTRO (SWITCH)/DELTA.
- Cheques, Postal Orders, Money Orders, Bank Drafts, Cash (by registered mail), Post Office Giro
Transfers (A/C No. 236 5006) accepted as payment. We reserve the right to clear all cheques
before dispatching the goods. Foreign cheques and currency at the current rate of exchange less
any bank charges.
- G.B. Mint Decimal stamps accepted at 70% face value (No Postage Dues) as payment or part
payment against your order, also Guernsey at 50%, Jersey at 40% or Isle of Man at
50%.
- All orders are sent at customers own risk unless our insurance scheme, Recorded Delivery or
Registration (limited to Post Office compensation) is requested and paid for.
- All offers and prices are subject unsold and price revision. All material supplied is subject
to satisfaction or refund within seven days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please
send SAE if acknowledgement is required.
- Extended Payment 'Interest Free' facilities are available on orders over £150.00 (ask for
details).
- Telephone, Fax, e-mail and online orders welcome (for credit card
payment only), or reservations. Minimum order £10.00 please.
- We are web based ONLINE and MAIL ORDER ONLY and do not have a store/shop, however, we do
attend Exhibitions in London, New York, etc. Registered
Office: Prospect House, 50 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hants, SO50 9DT (Do not
send orders to this address).
- Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (GMT), outside of office hours
you can leave a message on our answering machine, fax or e-mail (also
over the weekends and bank holidays).
- Our Annual List Subscription is only £5.00 (£10.00 Overseas Airmail)
which entitles you to a year's Rush Express and Regular Special Offer Listings which will be
sent to you automatically as a paid subscriber. This is entirely optional but well worth the
expense.
- No discounts are retrospective.
